Centre lane will go straight through
left lane will turn left or go straight through.
This will eliminate traffic lights, and the traffic is always moving, and never stops
For pedestrians we need an overhead covered walkway.

This will eliminate the need for traffic lights and speed things up.
The overhead walkway can ignore the traffic below and possibly be a tourist attraction
