Create a limit on the number of terms any individual may serve or act as Prime Minister of Canada in their lifetime; possibly include limits for terms as Premier in any Province or Territory as well.
This should be either 2 Terms, like the Presidency of the US, or on the outside, 3 terms. No more than.
Why is this important?
It's unwise to give someone too much power and control, or allow them to run our Country for too long. People who serve too long in positions like this have the potential to become Despots.
