Re-open the Coroner's investigation into the killing of my friend Jacobo Luis Fuchs. I believe that his caregivers lacked the legal authority to end his life as I believe that Mr. Fuchs was never provided with the information necessary for him to give informed consent for his caregivers to starve him to death.
Why is this important?
Your investigator, Dr. John Earle decided that Mr. Fuchs's death was legal despite the fact that he was rendered unconscious with drugs then denied food and liquids. His body succumed to starvation seven days later. Mr. Fuchs loved life and only wanted his discomfort and ills addressed, instead, the people who he trusted with his care killed him. Those people should be charged and tried in court.
