The world is watching democracies right now. We must stand up for the human rights of all. How do we help? We can open our borders and invite Ukrainians in. We can share what we have until safety and security is restored in Europe. We need people with administration and computer skills and we need some engagement from the government. Get Gander involved. They started this. They even made it to Broadway! They know how to do it. It is the spirit that counts and they have that in spades. Go Canada! Go full Gander!
Why is this important?
We are at a critical point in history. The protection of human rights is a battle, which, when lost, is punishing to reclaim. We must stand strong for everyone. No-one must be left behind. The world cannot be run by bullies, sociopaths and thieves.
