From now until Election Day, volunteer-led Election Squads are organizing to take a stand against Pierre Poilievre’s toxic vision for Canada, and holding the line on the things we all deserve: affordable housing, strong social services, and a liveable climate.

The Guelph volunteer-led Leadnow group is hosting a postering event to expose the Conservatives' agenda in the upcoming Federal Election:

  • Date: Saturday March 22
  • Time: 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm approx.
  • Meet-up Location: **NOTE CHANGED LOCATION**:
  • Gravel Parking Lot on the north side of the Boathouse Tea Room,
  • 116 Gordon St.
  • Rain or shine - If raining meet inside the Covered Bridge

We will provide posters, tape, masks and postering instructions. We suggest you dress for the weather as it's a rain or shine event and will require some walking. Some participants will be walking and some will be car pooling to their postering locations. Please let us know by email at [email protected] after you RSVP if you would be willing to drive a carpool group in your own vehicle and the number of available seats.

NOTE: There are no public washrooms at the meet-up location. Please go before you go!

The nearest transit stop is on Gordon Street near Wellington Street. The meeting place has free parking. There are bike racks in Royal City Park, across the street from the meet-up spot.

The event is wheelchair accessible except for the carpool portions.

Service animals are welcome and may be present at the event.

Masking is required for this event. Masks will be provided for those who need them.

This event will be fragrance-free, so please refrain from wearing or using scented products.
