Homes for All at Connect the Dots, Surrey

The housing crisis is hitting people in Canada hard. On the campaign trail, Carney promised to tackle housing unaffordability by creating an entity called Build Canada Homes (BCH) — a new Crown Corporation that would “act as a developer to build affordable housing at scale.”

If we want to tackle the housing crisis, we need to start by demanding BCH’s mandate expand to ensure affordability is the #1 priority — and that people, not corporate developers, are the first to benefit.

On September 17th, we will be distributing flyers and getting signatures on our petition at the Connect the Dots Event in Surrey. You can register for the event for free here: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/connect-the-dots-surrey-tickets-1680975375599.
